This short conference call for Members of Criticaleye has been arranged for aspiring NEDs to learn from one of the UK’s top NED headhunters about how to prepare for NED interviews. Hanson Green’s Peter Waine will provide a brief introduction about the differences between executive and NED interviews, considering the priorities of both headhunters and nomination committees during the process. Members will then have the opportunity to pose questions directly to Peter for his advice on areas such as interview technique and preparation, and what due diligence and external advice aspiring NEDs should complete before deciding to join a new board.
