 Bob Emmins Finance Director ABF Ingredients Bob has been with Associated British Foods since 2006 as CFO of the Ingredients Division. This includes some 14 factories, 30 locations and approximately 1000 people. His focus is on business performance, strategy and both organic and acquisition growth.  Ivan Royle Managing Director of Corporate Communications The Bank of New York Mellon Ivan is Director of Corporate Communications for The Bank of New York Mellon in Europe, the Middle East & Africa. In his current role Ivan is responsible for the planning and implementation of all external and internal communications for the Bank across the region and is a member of the Banks European Executive Management Committee. Ivan joined the Bank in 2003 from GE Capital Europe where he held a similar role. Prior to this, he worked for Financial PR agency GCI Financial. He started his PR career running the press office at the Corporation of London. Ivan is married with a daughter. He enjoys Real Tennis, riding, skiing and history.

The Associates
Criticaleye appoints Associates on the strength of their personality, commercial expertise, NED activity, reputation, personal network and ability to support Executive Members who comprise the present and future leaders.
Executive Members have the option to access a dedicated Associate as their 'sounding board' to formally engage with on a one-to-one basis. The wonderful diversity of Associates represents the great breadth of the Membership and the ability to engage leadership in its broadest context. Associates have a wealth of experience at a senior organisational level and are very active in their plural careers bringing to the Member insight and up-to-date currency on national/global issues.

represents the rich diversity of the Membership base. The purpose of
the Advisory Board is to act as a conduit, to provide advice and
affirmation, and to help ensure the Community stays on the right path.
