The Criticaleye Community is comprised of Leaders from all areas, including Members from the business community, public and voluntary sectors, leading academics, speakers at our events, authors, experts, and contributors to our Insight. This culmination of intellect, talent, and experience brings together the people that make this Community The Network of Leaders.

The Advisory Board are Criticaleye Executive Members and represent the wonderful diversity of the membership base. The purpose of the Advisory Board is to act as a conduit, to provide advice and affirmation, and to help make sure the community 'sticks to the right path'. They provide valuable feedback, to support the ongoing dynamic evolution of the company.

Associates are appointed to Criticaleye on the strength of their personality, commercial expertise, reputation, personal network and ability to support Executive Members who comprise the present and future leaders.

Each Executive Member is allocated a dedicated Associate as their 'sounding board' to formally engage with on a one-to-one basis. The wonderful diversity of Associates represents the great breadth of the membership and the ability to engage leadership in its broadest context. The Associate has a wealth of experience behind them at a senior organisational level and is very active in their plural career, bringing to the Member insight and up to date 'currency' on national/global issues.
