Associates are appointed to Criticaleye on the strength of their personality, commercial expertise, reputation, personal network and ability to support Executive Members who comprise the present and future leaders.

Each Executive Member is allocated a dedicated Associate as their 'sounding board' to formally engage with on a one-to-one basis. The wonderful diversity of Associates represents the great breadth of the membership and the ability to engage leadership in its broadest context. The Associate has a wealth of experience behind them at a senior organisational level and is very active in their plural career, bringing to the Member insight and up to the date 'currency' on national/global issues.
